Would you like to join a yoga class but that first step of walking into a studio is too daunting? It is at the best of times. We now have the added stress of covid 19.
Join from the comfort of your own home. You will be taught basic postures, breathing techniques and meditation with full expalnations of their functions. I am fully qualified and insured with 20 plus years teaching experience.
Yoga is not gymnastics or dance. It is a tool to help you to live your life well. Some of you may look good in a pose. ALL will feel good as the poses will be adapted to your unique body.
I teach slow, mindful yoga which is an antidote to the stresses of the modern world. It helps to reduce chronic pain, alleviate depression and anxiety, manage weight, reduce inflammation, fatigue and much more.
