Please note, you assume sole responsibility for all the information you submit to Pamperdeck and any consequences that may result from posting your listing. Listings that do not comply with our general posting rules may be removed from Pamperdeck. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to delete any inappropriate listings, ads, user reviews, content and user accounts that violate our Posting rules and Terms of use.

Please follow our posting guidelines when submitting listings or leaving user reviews on Pamperdeck website, app or other digital platforms:

1. Listings must be posted by individuals who are over 18 years of age;
2. Listings must be posted in the most suitable service category;
3. Words typed in all uppercase letters are not permitted in the title section of your listing;
4. Any kind of discrimination is not allowed;
5. Listings, ads and user reviews that contain offensive, abusive, hateful or threatening language are not permitted;
6. Malicious, defaming or fake listings, ads, user reviews and spam content are not permitted;
7. We don’t allow posting listings, ads and user reviews containing sexually explicit, erotic or illegal content;
8. All photographs posted must be of professional nature, not include exposed intimate body parts and where possible, be of decent quality;
9. Copyrighted materials such as text and images may not be used without the express permission of the relevant copyright owner(s), or without attributing the content to said owners;
10. Each listing can contain multiple services and/or variations of treatments. If you offer multiple services, you can showcase all of them in a menu-like price list;
11. Contact details must be entered into appropriate fields when posting a listing. You are not allowed to enter phone number, email address or website link in the description area of your listing, only in a specifically provided fields. For now, only “Professional” and “Premium Plus” plans include the option to insert a website link;
12. Fake or premium rate numbers are not allowed. Anyone suspected of running a premium rate number scam will be banned and reported to the appropriate authorities (learn more);
13. All content within listings, ads and user reviews must be provided in English language. You are allowed to provide a translation in other language as a secondary option.
