Here at 1879 we provide online training and coaching from experienced and qualified personal trainers delivering plans and programmes to all abilities.
We deliver 6 week plans for Basic Weight Loss, CrossFit planning, Weight Lifting Programming and Functional Strength Training.

Our instructors are Level 3 Personal Trainers with over 10 years experience in group and individual training with specialist qualifications such as Weight Lifting Level 2, Powerlifting Level 2, CrossFit Level 2 and Diet & Nutritional Advisors.
