I am fully qualified and BACP registered with many years experience. 1:2:1 sessions £30 Free initial assessments. I am client led, meaning sessions are defined by what you bring to therapy. I am fully qualified in an integrative approach which allows me to use different interventions based on what is most helpful to your specific needs. I will be committed to helping you find what it is you need from our sessions together. I understand that coming to therapy can make you feel vulnerable and so it is important to me that there is a caring and empathic basis to our therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with a variety of clients; young to senior, from all different cultural backgrounds. You may be experiencing bereavement, the loss of a relationship or job, life may be stressful or causing you anxiety.
