Hi, I’m Bruce Cadogan a level 4 Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach.
I have programs for all for all ages and fitness levels and also certified to work with individuals with certain injuries and diabetes.

As a strength and conditioning coach, I encourage bodyweight training to get you fit, improve cardio to build up your endurance but also incorporate weights, boxing, and battlerope to create a unique program to meet my client’s needs.
No need to wait until gyms open again, I have designed full programs for training outdoors.
