We all know that the biggest factor to the most common diseases, such as heart disease and diabetes, is being over weight and obese.
My passion is helping people become stronger, leaner, happier and more full of vital energy.
If weight watchers and traditional fitness programmes have not worked for you in the past then there is likely a reason for that. The programme was not tailored around your individual needs. We all have different goals, likes and dislikes, work rotas, life stresses and obligations. I treat each person as an individual and if, after sticking to it for a while, you are not seeing results, we will change things so that you are progressing toward your goals. There are various factors and methods that many other fitness professionals do not know about or take into consideration. I intend on filling that professional gap.
I know "guarantee" is a cheap word in todays world but I truly GUARANTEE results. I need only that you want to change your lifestyle and follow the instructions that I give.
So, whether you are new to this kind of thing or are an advanced trainee who has hit a plateau, I would like to help you with your goals.

The gym I work from charges only £20 a month as their fees and I sell my time in blocks of hours. Depending on your needs your workouts may last as little as 15 minutes per session or perhaps up to an hour. My initial consultation is FREE but will require you bring a £40 deposit for the first two months of gym fees. I can also instruct you at your home or at any of the 'Better' gyms in Belfast if you already have a membership.
