I am a highly-motivated and enthusiastic Sports coach, Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer.
My passion is to help people change their lives prioritising their physical and mental health.
I have great experience with strength and resistance training as well as tailored fitness programmes to improve the client’s fitness level.
As a fitness instructor, I have experience with freestyle group training and I am currently teaching group classes in many parks in North London as per the latest government guidelines.
All training programmes are based on individual assessment.

SKILLS & ABILITIES
•Provide one-on-one Personal Training, Group Fitness Instruction.
•Complete individual physical assessments.
•Provide a complete and personalised training, exercise for strength &
conditioning, paying attention to the client’s goals and motivation, taking in to account any medical considerations, from obesity to hypertension, arthritis, sports injuries and post- surgeries.
•Able to provide specialised Cardiovascular / Endurance Training.
•Motivating Group Classes participants to achieve their goals.
•Promote Club programs, products and services to participants.
