- To describe the way I work in a few words: I am all about getting results, all of my clients are interested in improving their appearance, performance and health and I give them an all around plan that includes training, diet (including recipes and methods to organize your weekly cooking, I also have 5 years of experience as a chef), supplementation and lifestyle advices.
- I specialise in fat loss, functional fitness, self defence, and fighting sports, I currently train people that are interested in the fat loss/body transformation aspect but also people that want to improve their technique when it comes to Kickboxing/Muay Thai.
- About prices, the best thing you can do is contact me directly, as it will depend on what your needs are, how often you book and more. As a guideline a single 1 hour sessions is 60£.
