Hi all, I'm Pietro, 28 and I am a certified level 3 personal trainer, with over 10 years of experience in fitness and body building, weight loss and several fighting sports.
- To describe the way I work in a few words: I am all about getting results, all of my clients are interested in improving their appearance, performance and health and I give them an all around plan that includes training, diet (including recipes and methods to organize your weekly cooking, I also have 5 years of experience as a chef), supplementation and lifestyle advices.
- I specialise in fat loss, functional fitness, self defence, and fighting sports, I currently train people that are interested in the fat loss/body transformation aspect but also people that want to improve their MMA and/or Muay Thai skills.
- I have plenty of functional equipment (kettlebells, battle ropes, bulgarian bag etc.) but also a full set of olympic plates, olympic dumbbells and barbells, bench, pull up bar etc. and also lots of equipment for fighting sports, including a 3x3m grappling mat area.
- About prices, the hourly rate for single sessions is 45£/H while for monthly bundles is 35£/H.
