I`m offering personal training services 1 to 1 session with my own free weights equipment at you`r place (Garden or Park)
Endurance sessions , Cardio sessions , Box FIT sessions
At a very good price of 30£ per 65 min session (advice for meal plan included ) . I can help you gaining weight or losing it .
My purpose is to help you achieve your goals in the shortest period of time as well as to maintain your body health throughout the entire process!
