If gyms are closed its no problem at all, I am doing outdoor park sessions with my clients at a location that is outdoor and sheltered from most rain and whether conditions, I am also doing Video call sessions which are surprisingly effective and can get really great results.
Nutrition is a key part of getting healthier and getting in shape, and it’s an area I’m very focused on.
