HOW I WORK:
After an initial phone consultation, we will book a trial session where I will check your motor skills via an exercise routine including body weight squats, push up, shoulder press etc.
During the first PT session we will do a body composition check in order to have your starting point in terms of:
Kgs in Fat free muscle; Resting metabolic rate; Total body fat % and targeted body fat in arms, legs and torso area; % of body water.
We will also take measurements in centimetres of shoulders, arms, waist, and legs.
According to your goal I will then create a flexible diet plan where:
You will lose between 0.5% - 1.5 % of your body weight weekly if your goal is to lose weight (it depends on your body fat percentage, the higher the body fat, the greater the loss).
You will increase your body weight between 0.5%- 1% weekly if your goal is to gain muscle mass (please note that I usually start with a “cut weight phase” as in order to gain muscle and be as lean as possible the ideal percentage of fat should be around 11%)
If your goal is to improve your sport specific performance, I will design a nutritional diet plan to meet your energy requirement to sustain the training session.
All diet plans provided have a balanced ratio of carbs-proteins-fat and is designed to achieve your goals while enjoying your social lifestyle.

- 5 weeks of specific diet plan and personalized training program,
