I am an experienced Personal Trainer based in East London. I've got 7 years of experience in strength training and over a year of training clients. Over these years I developed the training system, which can be tailored to client's needs. My training plan is based on strength training. Although each plan has elements of cardio and flexibility training. Each plan is different, suited to the client's goals. I listen to clients and do my best to respond to their expectations. I give the best tools to be successful - plan, knowledge, daily support, and motivation. My priority is your health. I will get you to your goal and will learn you how to make it sustainable.
