I am a qualified personal trainer and triathlete looking to help people get better, stronger, faster and healthier. If you have challenged yourself by signing up for your first race and worried that you might not be ready for it or if you already have some experience in running/ cycling and looking to improve your performance I am here to assist you.
I am passionate about endurance and functional strength training and I have been following a path of body exploration and self development in this particular field for over 6 years. My philosophy in sports is that there are no short term goals and quick fixes, instead I would like to help my clients to develop a right mindset and find their own approach to build a healthy long lasting view towards exercise where it can become a crucial element in one's life which should not be based on distorted body image or false beliefs that fitness is just to look good for your holiday.
